I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. Gorgeous flowers arrangements and exceptional customer service ! Kali and Kim were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond. Kim had to improvise as they were out of some of the flowers in the arrangement I wanted but she really outdid herself, her 'improvised' arrangement was even more stunning !
