The multicultural nature of the city of Edmonton is captured in the annual Cariwest celebrations. It provides an opportunity for those who are unfamiliar with Caribbean culture to experience a taste of our tradition. Cariwest is open to everyone. Anyone interested in participating is welcome, whether they are of Caribbean heritage or not.

Vista Housing for Seniors, formerly known as the Norwood Seniors Housing Association, exists to provide affordable housing and amenities to senior citizens in Edmonton. The Edmonton Chamber Music Society has been bringing internationally renowned chamber musicians to Edmonton for over fifty years. Its concert seasons offer a range of programming, from early music to contemporary works, performed by vocal ensembles, instrumental soloists and small chamber orchestras as well as the traditional string quartet.
