John and his team at Auto Techniques has worked on most of my family's cars, and the service is always top notch.
My mother had taken her car to the dealership and was told it had a bad transmission leak and oil everywhere, and was quoted over $1500 for repairs ... I had her take it to Auto Techniques and there was no leak, nor oil all over the place. John replaced one line that looked a little questionable - for under $200, and 3 years later, the transmission is still fine.

Nestled in Scarborough’s Highland Creek neighbourhood, In the Spirit Yoga Studio, Wine Lounge & Boutique has been offering yoga classes since 2010, 7days a week. In the Spirit is the brainchild of Debi Niven, a local business owner. The studio offers Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga classes both LIVE and ONLINE - tailored to the physical needs and fitness levels of its students. Live classes are small and they are mirror-free to encourage an intimate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Series classes are also offered throughout the year such as Beginner, Intermediate and Strength Chair Yoga as well as Chakra Yin and Yin for the Brain & Nervous System. Special workshops include Hot Stone Restorative Yoga, Release, Relax and Refresh and a monthly 90-minute Restorative class.
