I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Best ISP in london. Always kind and honest and available 24/7. I love how if you are having problems with speeds, they will literally do it with turbomeeting (similar to teamviewer 12), and just do the work and fix it. They are the cheapest and constant company in regard to payments. No hidden fees and i pay the same month to month. My internet has gone down in price twice in two years for faster speed. They are great, can't say enough food things about them.
