My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have been going to Lube City for a couple of years now. The service i receive from Lube City is excellent. What I really like the most is that they vacuum my car. That is something I never experienced from the other lube places. I also know some of the management very well (and one of them is part of our pub group) so I get a bit of insights into their business practices. They started out of Edmonton in the 90s with only a couple of shops and grew pretty fast to a large business

The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !!
Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!
