The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... It was my first time going in for a cut, wasn't sure what to expect. The outside can be intimadating but the inside is warm and welcoming. Colleen was fantastic. Denis cracked the jokes. I was in the other day to buy some Dr Beckmann colour and dirt collectors. It is a product that protects your laundry from dyes leaching onto other clothes. They are the only place that carry a product like this. While I was there I was impressed to see they carry honey from a local producer and spaghetti sauce from a local restaurant

I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

These pharmacists are incredibly professional and helpful. They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day.
