This is a business brokerage business founded in 2005 after Ace Cetinski CPA, CA, MBA sold his public accounting practice after 24 years in Sherwood Park. In 2005 he obtained his real estate license and learned the trade primarily with NAI Commercial which had a separate business brokerage division headed by Pat Preston. Considerable success was achieved until the recession of 2008-09 and while Ace continued with Business Brokerage he also started a new public accounting practice at the Ace Lange Business Centre. Both businesses are located at the same address. Considerable success has been achieved in the business brokerage area with increases experience being achieved with each sale or transaction. In 2019 more emphasis has been placed on this service with the addition of Ali Amiri, also an MBA grad from the University of Western Ontario. As an Associate he will be working with Ace to make the company more active and successful in this area.

On returning to Canada he obtained an MBA designation from the University of Western Ontario and came back to Edmonton and worked at various controllership positions before finally opening a public accounting office in Sherwood Park. After 24 years he sold his practice and gained his experience as a business broker (see Ace Business Ventures Inc.) with NAI Commercial, Sunbelt Business Brokers and Realty Executives. In 2010 he gain opened up a new CPA office in the Ace Lange Business Centre. As can be seen from the above professional work experience there would be very few public accounting experiences Ace would not have encountered.
