Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Geraldine Coolidge and her staff are great. They are very professional, helpful and come very highly recommended by myself. When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. I contacted Coolidge Hearing by email and immediately the next day they contacted me back by phone. I explained my situation to Geraldine and she offered a solution to my hearing problems when others would not. Great job!!!
