I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly
He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate.
I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate.

I was in for service today, annual tire change and the team in the back on time with everything set up and working with tire pressure etc. The person at the counter, sorry I forgot your name thank you...so important to have a great person at the desk, switch to your store from another CDN tire because of the greeting and communication- thanks again.

I bought slippers from this lovely company over 17 years ago and this year they finally gave up the ghost after years of faithful service. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the company still exists. I spoke to a real person throughout the process of ordering new slippers (I live in the US now) and when they arrived, not only did they fit perfectly, but also came with a few lovely extras!
