Burlington Academy of Martial Arts is a fully dedicated, authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts Academy serving Burlington and the GTA since 1996. Head instructor Clint "Sanguebom" Allert is certified personal trainer and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Marcus Soares who is currently a 7th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under the Carlson Gracie Banner. Sanguebom also holds a Black Belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu which focuses heavily on effective methods of Self Defence in close quarter conditions. Sanguebom is responsible for day to day operations as well as curriculum dynamics at the Burlington Academy of Martial Arts since 2003. The academy offers programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced students from Tiny Tots (under age 4) to adult.

Joy of Dance Centre offers the best in adult, kid and teen dance classes with diverse and extensive dance programs. We are an accredited Ballroom Dance Academy, under the CDF, DVIDA and ISTD programs.

The Academy offers classes in Ballet, Ballet Sculpt, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop Lyrical, Tap, Acrobatic, Salsa and Musical Theatre. We offer adult dance classes in Ballet Sculpt, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa and Tap. In 1991 we received recognition for our high standard of training from the government and became a Registered Educational Institution.

Pegasus Studios grew out of Lynda and Jane's love of the arts and the belief in creating a place where children were free to express their creativity, an environment where children could explore, create and develop their inborn artistic talents. All Star Dance Studio has no contracts. We offer a complimentary group class for couples, singles, and kids. We teach Brides & Grooms for their first dance at their Weddings to look graceful on the floor. We can also choreograph their wedding to their favourite song. We have Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Merengue and Rumba lessons as well as Ballroom - Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Jive/Swing - Rock & Roll, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz. We have International and Social/American Styles... Come take advantage of our Ladies Latin Class and learn the Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba, Bachata and more... We cater to Singles and Couples. Come try a free lesson meet people and have fun and exercise. Our Belly Dancing, Ballet and Hip Hop will be in our Winter months.
