I love this business! It's my go to place for high protein bakers flour; only place in Winnipeg I have been able to find it. Add to that, its a really well run family business and always a pleasant experience to shop. You order what you want at the front desk (its a wholesaler, open to all) and they go and fetch your order and bring it up to the loading dock for you while you pay.

I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.
