The purchase of a home for many is the largest investment they will ever make. When you are in the process of purchasing a new home, you want peace of mind that you are making an informed decision. This decision can be extremely stressful and confusing. There is always considerable risk involved when making such a large investment. However, hiring a professional home inspector will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. Building Inspection Professionals will provide you with peace of mind.
Initially I was going skip on doing the home inspection because I could not justify the cost of it. However my friends and family told me that it was important to fork out that small cost because the house would be my largest investment of my life! And boy, was I ever lucky I did it. Joe met me at my current house (the house that I recently purchased) and found several issues with the house, such as the leaky roof and loose hand rail. Although the problems he found weren’t major issues that prevented me from buying this house, it did helped me negotiate a better price for the house. In the end, I calculated the return of the home inspection (cost of the home inspection and the new negotiated price), I was able to get a return 1000% which is better than what you can get at the bank of the stock market. This service is worth it and a must for all home buyers. Thx Joe R and Lighthouse!Read more
