Custom Orthotics of London was founded in 1987. A private orthotic practice helping both children and adults in Southwestern Ontario with physical challenges. Custom Orthotics of London is owned and operated by Dawn MacArthur-Turner BSc C.O(c). Growing up watching the challenges her grandfather, a quadriplegic, experienced fostered a desire to help individuals overcome their challenges. Prior to founding Custom Orthotics of London, Dawn received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. After completing her degree, she continued her studies at George Brown College, where she obtained her Certificate in Clinical Methods in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Further training included the designation of Certified Orthotist from the Canadian Board of Certification for Prosthetics and Orthotics. Clinical training and experience included clinical placements in Toronto, Hamilton, Winnipeg and London.

Our roots go back to 1969 when a comprehensive family based pest management company called, A-1 Pest Control Limited, was originally established in London, Ontario. This family run business provided services in all areas of the pest management industry including lawn care. This company was later separated into specialized industry pest management operations and corporations. This was done for greater cost efficiency, specialization, and to enable expansion of services into other communities across Canada. The Bobby Lawn Care and Bobby Pest Control name has a long and enviable reputation since first offering licensed territories under its revised name in 1982 to complement its identifiable "Bobby logo and shield" certification trade mark. This "logo" earlier carried the name Green Lawn Spray in 1979. Our independent licensees are family run operations and trained specialists.
