We offer one-on-one fitness training and couples training (as our scheduling permits), along with whole foods/Paleo nutrition consulting. Many of our clients are Baby Boomers. We work with clients who train from home or clients who have gym memberships. We don’t fitness train clients offsite - all clients must come to our private, licensed and insured studio. We both have 4 decades of experience in weight/resistance and functional training. We are both certified A.I.S. Practitioners, which is a form of bodywork that releases tight muscles and fascial tissue. Michelle is also an Exercise Strength Specialist for hip and knee joint replacement clients and is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist for cancer patients and cancer survivors. Many of our clients have been working with us for 5 years and longer!
