Mario and Antonio worked their tails off to complete the draintile replacement project on my 60s house. Excellent and prompt communication from start to end, quoting was precise and competitive. They worked long hard days to complete the critical pieces before the rain came. Site was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. What a wonderful place for lunch this past weekend! We sat on the small, yet sunny patio out front and loved it. The Gooey Cheese Griller sandwich, the vegetarian sandwich, the spinach salad and french onion soup were wonderful. So yummy! And on Saturday's sangria pitchers are on special...and they were good! Not too juice tasting/sweet like most other places.
The only downfall I would say is the bathroom - it was not very clean and wasn't a great way to end lunch!

Had a funky smell coming from somewhere in my bathroom so I called Dan from Dynasty Plumbing. He was upfront about all the cost. Arrived on time and once again reiterated the cost so there was no surprise billing. All the parts he replaced were of fair price ($15 for some metal tubing, a couple of bucks for some other parts). My bathroom now smells a LOT better and I couldn't be happier. Overall, great service.
