From there, a precise mid-to-long iron shot is required to set up your approach shot to the green. An elevated green awaits a well-struck short iron, which will give you an excellent birdie chance. WARNING! Do not leave your approach shot short as it could roll down the steep incline toward the fairway.

What is being referred to as the aging process is the normative developmental changes over a life span. In childhood, we learn the security of dependence and socialization. During youth, we experience an introspective, egocentric time and develop our sense of identity through relationships, skills, knowledge, physicality and independence. Young Adulthood is where we cement our identity, develop beliefs, friends, families and/or career. Adulthood is the 'sandwich generation' for many North Americans raising children and supporting the elderly while often handling careers
