After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

Wonderful service! My family went here on a Saturday evening in February. Three younger individuals were working and all were helpful, kind and courteous. One younger fellow was extremely helpful as he changed the channel so we could watch the Jets game as we ate.

My friend was absolutely thrilled with her flowers. You never know what you get when sending online, but they sent exactly what i asked for and the free delivery online was a sweet bonus! I especially love that I got emails letting me know that they could not get ahold of my friend and had left a message and then another email letting me know that they had spoken to her and were now delivering. You know, never mind the glitter and gold you see around garages big and small, this station won't stick you, and even may give you some freebies and show your visually first hand your problems. You are treated respectfully as a customer should. Couldn't find a better "order out of chaos" manager/mechanic. Had two vans done there and rode away like I was driving a Cadillac. Sometimes it's hard to pin down a problem, but they don't quit and may lessen the bill if warranted.They know their stuff.

I have tanned here for 5 years and have only had good experiences! The staff are great and the manager "Michelle" is very professional. This place is the best I've been to and I've tried them all in the area. The beds even have extra bulbs to tan your face....don't believe the negative, try for yourself!
