I have been living in this building for a few years now. It has really taken a turn for the better with the new management in place. Suites are being updated and the building is kept very clean. The construction across the way is almost complete so the noise is not as bothersome. The hallways could use some updating but the suites are being renovated. Management goes above and beyond the job description making sure our building is a great place to call home. If the building had a serious bedbug problem I am not sure why anyone would have been a long term renter. Sounds like someone might be disgruntled. It has been 3 years for me and am quite content with this building and neighbourhood.

24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.
