Phoned and Terry came to assess the problem the following day. Terry is professional and courteous as well as his wife Zeeta. Both are a pleasure to deal with. Top in customer service. Terry was able to determine the problem but had to take the tv back to his shop. TV fixed in no time. Highly recommend and good guarantee
