I love taking my yoga classes at the Scarborough studio. The hot yoga studio is a really beautiful space you have to experience. The staff is wonderful and the students all leave happy and relaxed. The facility is usually spotless. If you are going to try hot yoga for the first time try to drink a bottle of water at least 2 hours before you go so your body hydrates properly. The front left corner and the back right corner are coolest places if you find it a little too hot.....sometimes the temperature does get a little too hot.Read more
