Body Blast Inc. was established in 2006 by Giancarlo and Linda Imbiscuso who met each other in the Kinesiology and Health Science program at York University. It was both of their passions to study health and then impart that knowledge onto others in order to help them become and stay healthy. Body Blast has a private area for nutritional consultations which is separated from our fully equiped fitness studio. We also have private shower/changerooms with full towel service
