I had the unfortunate need for a vet after the Thanksgiving weekend while vacationing in the Sault. I called and spoke to Kelly who fit me in on Tuesday afternoon. My cat Bella was treated by Dr Palmer who was very gently and thorough. With some anti biotics and rest Bella is back to her old self and we are ready for our trip home. Blown away by how helpful Dennis Vince from Parts & Service was. I was dealing with a bad key issue. Dennis got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for not just cutting the key but for getting the chip in it re-programmed in spite of the worn key needed as part of the process. Was worried for a minute that the old key wouldnt have been any help since it takes several minutes fiddling with it to get it to turn. Also didnt cost me the arm and leg I thought it would. Thanks
