Garden Grove Child Care Inc. was opened in 1981 and was located in the Ecole Garden Grove School and was licensed for 30 school age children. Over the years, our centre has continued to respond to the increased need for child care. We currently are licensed for 18 Preschool (ages 4&5 yrs) and 34 School Age Spaces. Currently we are working on an expansion plan with the City and other funding partners to expand our program to meet community need.The centre is run by a Board of Directors, which is made up of parents / guardians and community members. Parental involvement is essential to the operation and success of the Centre.The centre employs a full time Executive Director who is responsible to manage the program.We have a dynamic and committed staff team who provide the quality programming to our children and families. CEWP began operations in March 1999 with a primary focus on the truss industry in North America. As CEWP grew we broadened our product area to include premium visual grades with sales destined for the Industrial / Treating sectors.Service is a major priority for CEWP with reloads in Edmonton, Alberta and Brantford, Ontario as well as mill direct truck and railcar shipments. With service as a priority, CEWP developed 'Lumber Manager', a computerized inventory managementand tracking system that allows CEWP to track every order, trace railcar and truck shipments, and provide timelydelivery information to our customers.
