My son and I decided to eat in. It is a very clean warm atmosphere. The food is delicious and attractively prepared. The staff are very friendly. They have such a great menu, it was difficult to choose. Prices are very reasonable and they serve an abundant amount. I definitely will go there again or have take out. Not only the best breakfast in the area, but the best value. (Especially if you are a senior.) 2 good sized eggs, 4 strips of bacon, texas toast and home-fires not frozen cubes. I get a side of hot peppers and coffee. For two of us .... just over $11.00 with tax!! (If you aren't a senior it would come to around $12.50)
Never had a problem with any of the waitresses. Food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is the usual R&R diner that plays a good selection of 50's & '60's music.
You can go a few blocks away and pay $16 for a lot less!
We drive past half a dozen breakfast joints that we have tried in the past to have breakfast here. (often)
