There is a sign outside of the restaurant advising everything is made from scratch and asks for your patience. Definitely worth the wait. The naan was nice and fresh. We ordered the Sarahi chicken, chicken pakora and lamb vindaloo. All excellent. Family run business, very simple and modest looking interior / exterior with limited seating.

Mughlai and Kashmiri dishes from India's mountainous north-western corner. "Eggplant Bharta" is creamy barbecued eggplant with sauteed onions and tomatoes. Fish Curry, Lamb tikka, Tandoori Chicken and the vindaloo are also recommended.Spicing is mild in multitudinous pilaus, biryanis, tikkas, etc, but ingridients are top notch.

This is a great little stop and eat Thai restaurant. They give you sit down meals at to-go prices. The decor is simple, bright, and very clean. There is no "Thai" decor except the King's picture, but they have a few tables as well as stool seating along window with a view of West Broadway .
I like this place because it's very fast and a really good value. Their Combo specials are under $10.00 and the lunch specials even cheaper! ( I think they are 7.99) The portions are perfect and for the price of a fast food meal you get authentic Thai curry and rice loaded with your choice of meat and veggies. It is almost all Thai people that work there and if you can handle the heat you can ask for "Thai style" and get the dishes with a much hotter spicy flavor.
So next time you are doing a little shopping on West Broadway and got a rumble in your stomach drop by!
They are located 1/2 a block West from MacDonald street on Broadway on the South Side of the street. They are fast, but if you want to take your time there is free parking on the side street next to them.

The food is amazing. Love the mix of Indian and African spices. My family and kids love it and we've gone several times and still have not even begun to try all the dishes on the menu. It's a great selection and variety of shared plates as well that are flavourful and not over the top spicy. Lots of healthy grillied choices too. Read the whole menu before you decide!! The service is friendly and the ambiance and location so beautiful on the river in Steveston.
