Visited this restaurant Sept 25th, with a couple friends. One from the states and another from Alberta.
We all enjoyed our meals. I had Savory Cod Cakes for an app. Pear & Rocket salad and Carmelized Onion and Butternut Squash soup for the main course. The whole meal was great.
I like the choice in the menu. My friend from the States was able to taste Newfoundland food and we were able to pick from a great selection as well.
I would reccomend this restaurant as a nice quite, casual night out!

The food is delicious, the service is friendly and amazing and the desserts are incredible! A wonderful place to come for lunch or supper, but also if you are just going to enjoy a cup of coffee and dessert with friends! it was always nice, but the new renovations look amazing!

Stayed at the Murray Premises Hotel last weekend. First time we'd stayed there and we were blown away. It's right downtown so we parked the car and were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is built into this really amazing historic building. Lots of exposed beams and pipes. At the same time you get fireplaces and towel warmers and big screen tv's. Loved the robes in the rooms - wish I knew where they got them from. Great place. We'll be back.
