Working in garages during his youth he picked up the trade and became a mechanic at an unusually young age.In early adulthood, during his time at Speedy Muffler, Cam moved from the shop floor to behind the service counter and quickly advanced to management. His great people skills, relentless work ethic, and passion for the business allowed him to excel. The experiences and knowledge he gained prepared him for what was to come.In 1987 at only twenty five years old, Cam made the leap from employee, to employer.
