I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. One of the best repair shops in the city. Maurice took my car for a drive and figured out what was wrong with it right away. Very honest with parts pricing and shop hours.
