I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

These guys are the best in town and open 24/7! Amazing customer service and very affordable prices. All of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and honest, especially Nabeel. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!!
