After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. When we first opened The Glen in 1988 we could not have predicted the incredible experience that we would share with the Ottawa community in the coming decades.
