I recently had my dog in for a spring clean up after I read the previous review. I was able to go through the entire visit along with my dog. The whole winter coat was cleared away when Bev noticed an abcess at the base of his tail. She was careful around it and I did take bj to the vet. I don't know if it was extra vigilence that noticed the small abcess or regular careful-ness but I am grateful. bj looks great and it was nice to be able to see exactly what was being done to him. I would definitely recommend.

Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.

Starts from the owners down, top-notch customer service, reasonable prices, and they do not forget about you once you make your purchase. Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it. When they came to pack on a Saturday, they did an excellent packing job and then returned on Monday to move it all.
The move went really smoothly. They showed up on time, it took the amount of time they estimated, nothing got broken, the movers were really good about moving furniture to where my mom wanted it, one of the movers took a lot of care to get my mom's bed set up, etc. Thanks Guys
