The Winnipeg Magic Room was established in 1965 by Iris Pollock and has expanded from literally one magic room to three day spas: Downtown, Leila and St Vital.Iris' goal has been to provide fine aesthetic services to everyone; not only the chosen few.

Our Winnipeg Taekwondo school has been established at the same location in the community for 14 years. Our beliefs are that Taekwondo is a Martial art and accordingly enforce the traditions that have been handed down to us. But at the same time a balance must be reached to bring harmony into the 21st century and offer both traditional Martial arts and Sport Taekwondo.??? What the student can expect is a combination of structure, discipline and manners of traditional martial art with the excitement and competition of modern day Sport Taekwondo. Taekwondo Is a great form or Cardiovascular exercise Improving balance and flexibility.
