If you go to Ciot, ask for Paula from the Mississauga store to serve you! Recently I went into the store overwhelmed with what I needed for my huge kitchen reno,I didnt know where to start,no one got up to help me, Walking around aimlessly for more than 40 minutes- I left. I returned with my hubby next night, not for the customer experience but I wanted to show him a tile I found.
