We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. A few months ago Smart Home Creations installed our home theater equipment. After a phone call Jason came to our home to do their on-site evaluation. He was very easy to talk too and did a thorough evaluation. When he was finished we knew exactly what we needed. Jason let us know they could also provide all the equipment we needed, and I was blown away by his knowledge. They finished ahead of schedule and really took the time to explain how to use the new equipment. We are “tech” challenged and even weeks later we needed a reminder that they were more than happy to give. Great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.
