We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
