Welcome to The Paper Mama blog. My name is Chelsey and this is my online home. My blog is a space to be creative, share and chat about experiences/life/thoughts, crafty goodness, express my love of Fried Chicken + wine, and just plain whatever I'd like. I started this blog a few years ago to connect with other like-minded creative mama's and found an amazing and supportive community. This blog has since grown into something amazing and I'm so happy that this is my 'job'. I continue to blog because I love it and I've made so many great friends through this blog world.

The Old Barn Polished Stone Creations was founded by Ted Hunter in early 2004. Ted was looking for a new challenge after “retiring” from his successful Plumbing and Heating business. While on vacation with his wife Brenda they toured a granite quarry, and Ted became interested in the industry. In 2006 Ted’s son Reay joined the team at The Old Barn. Reay had previously worked in the radio industry, but missed working with his hands and decided to change career paths when the opportunity presented itself.
The Old Barn was an active farm until 2003, when Ted purchased the house and barn from his mother and step-father.
