Bought for my 10 year old son he loves it! Does not appear to be cheap. Quality built product. He has drove outside and handles well on ruff surfaces and bumps. I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.

Wow this place is fabulous. I had never heard of it before and just went this afternoon. The staff were great and one lovely gentleman was so helpful in telling me exactly what to do for webbing on a chair. I highly recommend this store.
