Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass.
