Building on the wisdom and inspiration she gained during her own personal journey from illness to vitality, her dream to create a sacred, healing space has come to life. Leanne’s life purpose is to inspire and empower others to achieve a healthy, vibrant balanced lifestyle. As a certified and licensed Nia Black Belt fitness artist, a Nia 5 Stages teacher, an Aromatherapy Raindrop Technique Practitioner and a certified Reiki Practitioner, she offers her clients and students a variety of healing modalities. At the Studio, Leanne teaches fun and energetic Classic Nia classes as well as Nia 5 Stages classes available on a drop in basis. Simply check the schedule and join her for a public class. In addition, she is pleased to offer private self healing sessions for those who prefer one on one work, are recovering their physical body from illness or healing their emotional body from trauma or grief.

We are Brantford's newest yoga studio offering daily classes for students at various levels of practice. Our yoga classes have roots in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and are designed to help you create mindful awareness of your body while building strength, flexibility and an overall sense of comfort and ease.
