Dr Mamdani and her staff are the best. I drive 45 minutes to see her because her services are worth it. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the care of your eyes and her frame selections are top notch. I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

After having a terrible experience at Purba Vision, I came to LensCrafters in hopes I could find a specific frame that was recently discontinued. They were able to have the frames ready by the next day and the service was as terrific. The gentleman who helped me was kind and thorough, he even called me to let me know the glasses were ready at the time they had specified. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!!!
