I shop here and, I might add that staff are polite, and, I am not sure who gave the review but I always have a polite cashier in the checkout at both the Redpath store, and, other stores that I shop at. I noticed that all your stores are clean, and, tidy. I cannot say that for Real Canadian Superstore, or Metro. Excellent service in Owen Sound.....staff always ready to help or find someone who can help me. I love MY Metro, the brightness and cleanliness of the store and closeness to my home is an added bonus. Prices do not always suit my budget but quality always surpasses my expectations. Wait times are generally acceptable for some one like me with an impatience problem. I am seventy one years old and remember shopping the Owen Sound A & P with my mother as a young girl. It is our favorite store.

Every time I shop there the cashiers are really friendly and the store is always stocked appropriately. It's not a huge like superstore but I have had consistenly good experiences there.

I want to first give a 5 star review on this locations bakery, especially the Decorator, Michelle J. Shes detail-oriented, passionate, friendly, and creative. I had two custom cakes done by her and I wont go anywhere else now. They also have unbeatable prices!
