Food was AMAZING. Best pub grub on the south end of Van Isle! Our waitress (even though she was NEW) was fabulous and bubbly and happy and every staff member was there to be of service. Great shop! Reasonable prices and my special order carpet came in on time and was exactly what I had in mind. Gary, the installer did a great job laying the carpet for me. The shop took back some underlay which it turned out I did not need, which I really appreciate. People here seem honest and eager to help the customer. Thanks again!

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two Cod Burgers with fries, at the drive through on Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay. We received our order okay but the receipt said only one order of fries and read $15.72. We paid $18.85. Was this an honest error by Kishan or something else? The burgers did taste good however.

My husband and I were very impressed today with the setup and layout of the garden centre during the pandemic. The staff at the gate with hand sanitizer, the aisles set up with arrows to follow, staff available to assist with questions, good setup at the cash and someone to wipe down the wagon after loading your car. Very pleased with the service and it shows that they really care for their customers and staff during this stressful time. Thank you Cultivate Gardens and we shall return.

We had CVG install a Mirage Retractable Screen. Chris was very helpful explaining our various options and once decided had the unit installed in less than an hour. It works great and we are very happy with the screen and the install. Would we recommend CVG...definitely. Would we buy other products from them...definitely.

I knew absolutely nothing about Den Mar Electric when i finally got the work done i needed . I called several places and had several guys come through to give an estimate and noone was as good as Dwayne at Denmar. I will go with them every time and recommend them to anyone. He gave three times the detail in explaining everything and also was very very honest. I was pretty much decided on Denmar anyway and then to top it off my estimate was the most reasonable.
