Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I don't usually write reviews, but it seams these days you see so many bad ones I felt I had to write about my experience with Active Electric. I found them online and of course was leary about what I was going to get... BUT not only was Active able to help me with my small bathroom fan issue... they came the same day I called (who does that anymore) and fixed it quick (45min.) even though they had to go purchase a new fan and come back. They were clean and they only charged me for the 45 min not an HOUR like most places wanted to do...
I have since recommended them to my Parents who also used them successfully.

He enrolled in Engineering Physics, a five year engineering program from UBC. After three years at UBC, he worked for National Research Council Canada for a short period of time. He then moved to Toronto to continue pursuing his study in Material Science and Engineering at University of Toronto.
