I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! A nice change from the big stores where you can't find anyone to help you. I had a situation where there was a newer product line that I was very focused on and they went out of their way to source it. This is the third time that I have gone here to find a particular item and the third time they have done everything to help me. Great prices and I can say that with confidence, so if you want personable service where there are still staff hired for what they sell this is the place.
