I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Our Community Bikes in Vancouver is Canada’s oldest non-profit community bike shop, since 1993, offering accessible work stands to the public for bike repair education and tool rental.
We are also a full service bike shop, in addition to being a DIY education facility. We offer a wide selection of repairs and tune-up packages. We do free in-shop assessments and discuss with our clients their needs, to balance a repair and financial abilities. We also specialize in servicing older models that have difficult to find or obsolete parts and technologies.
We have a large selection of used donated bikes, parts and accessories, as well as hundreds of brands available to order, and in stock.
Our refurbished bikes are custom built and safety-tested. Our selection of bikes varies depending on supply and demand. Non-refurbished bikes are available for purchase at a discounted rate.
