I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. Went in for the first time ever on 12/14/2017 to get a hair trim. The lady (unsure of her name) was kind and really wanted to make sure she knew what I wanted before starting to cut. She gave me a cut and made sure I liked it before sending me off. However, she was trying to up sell me into a wash, curl, adding toner etc which I was not fond of. I said I wasn't interested and it got uncomfortable which I didn't like.
