They 4Cats Arts Studio was founded in 2005 when founder and CEO Joey Simon began offering 4Cats classes out of the basement of a beautiful old character home in Victoria on Vancouver Island BC, Canada. On September 18th, 1998, Jet Simon was born at only 26 weeks.

Welcome to our art class, where we strive to provide the highest quality of art education to our students. We offer a wide range of art classes, including painting(watercolor, acrylic, oil, multi media), drawing, art foundation, art portfolio preparation. Our art classes are dedicated to teaching students of all ages and skill levels the techniques and principles of various art forms. Our more than 15 years' teaching experience art teachers designed our curriculum to cater to the individual needs and interests of each student. We believe that art education is essential in fostering creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression, which are skills that can benefit individuals in both their personal and professional lives.
