I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

Needed a new master key system set-up for our warehouse. Needed done in a hurry. Phoned around and to a few places and was told they would be out next week.
