I was in Shakey's a year ago and it has completely changed, I visited recently with some girlfriends and we had a fantastic meal. The owner has renovated the entire place to give it a 2010 pub look and has still kept the theme of a sports bar. Good job on the reno's, the menu looks great with some of the typical sports pub food such as nachos, hamburgers and wings. However the rest of the menu is quite amazing, from my understanding the waitress mentioned that Chris is a new addition to the staff and is the brother of the owner. He actually is coming from fine dining and is now helping run the kitchen. I will be back again and this time were bringing our husbands.

I went in there expecting an average restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great service, and a very pleasant server named Lisa. I think that is her name. The food was really good as well.

Our Pub is a small bar with the usual fried pub fare to go with your pints served up by friendly staff. And there's a good selection of beers/hard alcohol. Great little bar, a nice little mix of regulars and new comers, friendly staff and good atmosphere as well
