I lost my credit card at Costco today and realized it when I went to pay. I was in a panic. Dawson was sooo kind and compassionate. He went to search the store and try to locate my credit card and found it. What a relief! Thank you so much Dawson!!!!

More I shop at Massine and more I appreciate non only the conveniency and quality of the store.Staff always seem to be focussed on providing a great service. Needed a peculiar battery for my Garmin Vivofit.. when it was not on the display board the man looked out back and found it!!
As a 68 year old widow I was intimidated by changing the battery and did not have the proper tool. He completely looked after it for me. It was a small purchase but huge to me in terms of service. Highly recommend this shop for all your battery needs.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.
